Thinking about Attack on Titan as a whole after the ending.. it's really a damn masterpiece man and not only character or story writing wise but it's also thematically stacked and masterfully crafted and its one of its best strengths, in only 90 episodes.. aot made history.

Shutter Island: 9.5/10 ✅
What an incredible movie.. Wow! Why did no one recommend me this one after I expressed how much I liked Memento? I was already hooked by the island conspiracy plot but I was hit with something much greater that exceeded my expectations--

..the last 20mins or so recontextualized everything brilliantly and I was super duper satisfied with the outcome and its execution. If there is one thing I wish the movie did better, it's the flashbacks/dreams andrew were seeing (have seen it better presented elsewhere).

A movie with lots of twits and turns (quite fitting for a magic theme), I loved the main characters rivalry and their descend into madness but their conclusion didn't quite click for me for one reason, I wish the surviving twin was the one who--

..loved Olivia that way the original twin we meet at the beginning (the real rival for angier) dies along him (more poetic and satisfying imo). The final twist that he had a twin brother was a bit of a stretch for me at first but looking back I guess you can justify it--

Memento: 9.25/10 ✅
What an amazing movie! very unique and bold narrative structure, genius writing overall and man I lowkey want to see it played in chronological order, I really liked the ending and how it recontextualized most of the movie along its final message--

..it just gets better in my head the more I think about it. It misses that edge for being 9.5 simply because it didn't have any emotions really or any scenes that made me go "wow", but not every movie needs to have those, this one simply had an interesting experience to tell.

Alright before the aot fandom indulges itself into deep copium you have to understand something, mappa is only part of the production committee for the final season, so anything new they will announce (if any) has to be in relation to that so don't get your hopes up

The replies are frying me, that's obviously gonna be the case when most of the surviving main characters are male right? the alliance had 10 members left by the end in which only Reiner, Conny, Levi (he's 40) and Pieck had no relationship implications.. this fandom is dumb

Some hytale youtubers in here are miserable
Some minecraft tryhard fans are also miserable
Here's my opinion, overworld biomes/forests would never be as good as hytale's simply because they are NEVER immersive, the only part of the game that achieves that are the nether biomes--

I also noticed that hytale forests are much more spacious in general which makes navigating them not a pain in the ass which is one of my biggest gripes with minecraft biome designs (and the reason I loved the concept art for the improved birch forest)..

and this is only the comparison with world gen v1, I imagine it would be even better with WGv2 when it comes eventually, so yeah I hope mojang changes their philosophy to designing biomes and actually craft something that's not half-baked (by starting to update the old ones)
