Made it back to a yoga class last night for the first time in far too long. It was a restorative class. Needed that… and probably need it back on regular rotation. I guess that’s why it’s a yoga practice.

I’m starting to feel like a hobbit with my new 2 breakfast routine. One smaller meal as soon as I get out of bed at 6 and then a protein focused feast around 930. Sure does make a huge difference in levelling out any cravings and helping me hit my protein consumption for the day!
