Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s #ScienceUndertheStars! Our annual fundraiser was a major success thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, donors, & attendees. Thanks for your support of your local natural history museum, & we’ll see you again next year!
Our friends from the @WesternCenter brought up 9 3D prints of @ucmpberkeley specimens on display in the visitor center! Photogrammetry (making 3D models from photo) is safer for the fossils than traditional molding methods! #FossilFriday

Field season in New Mexico has begun! Curator Dr. Andrew McDonald and WSC staff and volunteers are back in the Menifee Formation digging up dinosaurs, turtles, and other amazing fossils from over 80 million years ago. We can’t wait to see what they find!
