Dear drivers,
Please remember that safely overtaking a person on a bicycle is not just something you might do out if courtesy..
Itโs ๐ฏ illegal to endanger or cause inconvenience to a rider in the attempt to overtake or during the overtake itself.
There are fines & points!
Remember the close passing Skoda? Success. Driver got points and a fine or the option to contest it in court. It took a while but @gardatraffic eventually got there.
