Leaseholders are paying hundreds of pounds a month for staff to patrol their building and there is NO evidence that they are safer for it.

In our case the freeholder used and stored highly flammable paint in the poorly ventilated underground car park. The toluene was sucked by the lift into the residential building. The contractors responsible have been appointed to do the cladding remediation etc. Unbelievable.
