Waking thoughts: Live and let live. Be nice. If you can’t be nice, at least do no harm. Love yourself, first and then you can love your family and friends. Help others when you feel you can. Protect others, if you can but don’t be in a hurry to rescue. Think first. Speak your own truth. Listen to others. Recognise a wrongun and don’t be afraid to say so. There is only one human race, there is no racism. There is prejudice and there is bigotry, and they are different. Human beings are tribal and we need to learn to be good neighbours. Cultures are just what some people are used to, we never stop learning but some have more learning to do. People in authority are there because no one else wanted the job - as much as them. Ask yourself why. They’re just people with a job. Pay your way, nobody owes you anything. Don’t ask what your government can do for you, they’re not your friend. Demand excellence in return for pay. Bring children into this world, there has never been a better time. Teach, love and protect them, they are YOUR children. If you want to keep a secret, don’t tell anyone. Trust in yourself, everyone else must earn it. Value truth, honesty and loyalty above all else. Even if you don’t like it. If you’re seeking truth, keep looking. People who’ve been doing something for a very long time are not necessarily experts, they may just lack imagination. Expertise is a demonstrable skill. What can’t be done, is merely another challenge, not a roadblock. You can carry on, because that’s what we do. Control is fleeting and illusory. Relax. No fear, no guilt, no regrets, look forward. If you feel you need faith, put faith in yourself and ask your friends to help. Do not fear death. Plan for it, because nobody gets out of this, alive.

If she wasn’t working for Elon Gwynne Shotwell would be hailed as an incredible success story and the most powerful woman in aerospace. Instead it’s radio silence from the media

The African immigrant on the left has founded seven companies, directly and indirectly created 800,000 good paying jobs, created thousands of new American millionaires, developed reusable orbital rockets and brain chips that are giving independence to paraplegics, saved free speech, and can’t stop talking about how much he loves America. The African immigrant on the right married her brother to commit immigration fraud, facilitated the theft of money intended to feed hungry kids, has used government to enrich herself, praises terrorists, and can’t stop talking about how much she hates America. Leftists want the African immigrant on the left punished with punitive taxes and deported, but will try to run over law enforcement and get shot in the face in support of the African immigrant on the right.

Every dollar Elon Musk has made is traceable. Every product sold, every service rendered, every government contract awarded, every share of stock bought or sold. It’s all on the record. You, on the other hand, haven’t built a company, invented a product, or created anything people willingly pay for. You’ve spent the last 14 years collecting a $174,000 Senate salary. Yet somehow you managed to buy a luxury D.C. condo, a $4 million Victorian mansion in Cambridge, and saw your net worth balloon by 150% to $12 million. Everyone knows where Musk’s money came from. The same can’t be said for yours.
Elon Musk just became the world's first trillionaire. The typical American household would have to work more than 11 MILLION years to make Elon Musk's level of wealth. We need a wealth tax.

You could give “the typical American” 11 MILLION years and they still would not create PayPal, Tesla, SpaceX, OpenAI, xAI, Neuralink, Boring Company, Ad Astra, all while single-handedly saving free speech for all mankind.

I’m with her, in every way.
Every single person who still cringes at the memory of trying to bullshit their way through an interview or exam question: today, the slate is wiped clean. Set down your burden of shame. Nothing - nothing, I say - could touch this.

A PUBLIC APOLOGY - I AM SO SORRY I need to apologise to all the politicians who serve us with such great integrity. I also need to apologise to all mainstream media outlets who keep us informed with 100% truth on a daily basis. I need to apologise to all uber liberal and hard left activists who just want to make the world a better place for us all. I want to apologise for imported engineers who get their cocks out in public and in front of 11 year old girls, that's totally my fault. I want to apologise for imported engineers who savagely attempt to behead people in public, again, totally my fault, I own that. I want to apologise for all the imported engineers who sexually molest women and children on the regular, that behaviour and that culture is 100% my fault. I want to apologise for the 40,000 or so Muslims who are on the UK terror watch list, again, my bad, I hold my hands up. I hope all you politicians, media outlets, and far left activists can find it in your gracious, kind hearts to forgive me.

Oh good for him. Unless I’m falling victim to gullibility, this sounds like a man who believes in the mission he was assigned.
Absolutely scathing about Keir Starmer from Al Carns, who has just resigned. Massively digs out Starmer for prosecuting British war heroes. Good stuff.

We’re about 48hrs away from blaming the poor bloke who actually got knifed. Anyone, literally anyone, except the criminal who wielded the knife
Met Police chief Sir Mark Rowley very strong on scenes in Belfast: "I was watching a bit of the news last night, and I can't remember what channel it was, but a journalist was talking about 'these protesters.' "I thought, that isn't a protest. People are setting fire to cars. That's not a protest. That's violent disorder, that's criminality. I really feel for Northern Ireland colleagues who are wrestling with that. It's really, really difficult. "We live in these volatile times and, some of what goes on online whips up, sentiment on the street. "We know that Russian state actors, Iranian state actors, they want to sow discord on the streets of the UK. So this is a really complex issue we're wrestling with. So you've got very polarised debates in the UK, and you've got other people overseas who want to drive wedge issues to create disorder, and you've got the great men and women of Police Service Northern Ireland on the streets in the middle of that, trying to sort of protect people and stop people burning down houses and things. It's awful."

This is beyond serious.
So much of John Healey’s resignation letter is damning but lines that should really worry those inside government trying to make changes and those outside hoping for them? That despite a war in Ukraine, a war in Iran, cyber threats, unpredictable allies, the impact of energy and resource insecurity on the U.K., this Prime Minister made promises he knew he could not keep and shut his own well-respected Defence Secretary out of the process to agree funding for the DIP to try and push through something inadequate and save his own political blushes. In the same week he welcomed Macron, Mertz and Zelensky to Downing Street to stand in front of flags and promise unwavering commitment, knowing the money to pay for it didn’t exist.

BREAKING: Starmer hits back at John Healey. "We can't fund free breakfast clubs and bullets, I chose middle class children's toast. I'm sorry John has joined the far right but he will be feeling the full force of the law"

Well #Newsnight reached an all time low tonight. No attempt at balance at all. 3 smug politicians in the studio all trotting out tropes about Trump, @Nigel_Farage and @elonmusk and of course blaming "The Far Right" for people's anger. Not the refugee from Sudan.... for whom there seemed to be some sympathy! What contempt they, and @BBCNews, have for the British people.

For younger readers, Gerry Adams isn’t just some random retired politician. He spent decades denying he was in the IRA while everyone around him insisted he was one of its most senior figures. So seeing him warn about political extremists exploiting young people and leading them into violence is, to put it mildly, a remarkable display of hypocrisy.
Last nights incident in Belfast is no excuse for tonights rascist attacks. Rascists are exploiting mostly young people without thought for the consequences. People deserve better. Say no to rascism.

Since Blair - 30 years ago - people voted against mass immigration. Every election, they got up, got dressed, found a pilling station and voted to end mass immigration. 30 years they did that. Nothing changed. In fact, it got worse. So they organised marches and protests, and events and petitions and wrote to their MPs and tried every single thing they could legally, to tell the powers that be, that they wanted an end to mass immigration. The state has deliberately ignored and removed all legal options from the British and Irish people to legally, peacefully, have their demands answered. THEY, and nobody else, have created and caused division and riots and fury. The toothpaste can not go back in the tube. We are where we are because, and only because, of 30 years of failed government.
