When the Crown wants to use someone as a witness, they don’t leave live charges hanging over them. A pending case kills their credibility in court. So they shelve it. That’s tactical, not truthful. It keeps the witness clean on paper, nothing more.

So when Jen says “no evidence,” she’s spinning. The charge wasn’t disproved. It was parked so Corrine could testify without being torn apart on the stand. That’s courtroom politics, not vindication. Stop dressing strategy up as innocence.

The “Mark Kane essays” claim falls apart under even basic scrutiny. The SCCRC’s 2014 review made no mention of such essays & there’s been no FOI or journalist confirmation that police ever logged or destroyed them. If they were real, there’d be a paper trail & there isn’t.
