Magenta is the most recent, Red is 12 hours ago, Orange is 24 hours ago. Small adjustments, both north or south possible, but the trend has not been our friend. HURRICANE IAN 1 YEAR AGO TODAY 🌀 A day we will never forget and hope to never see again in our lifetime. Ian is the worst natural disaster in Southwest Florida history and most destructive local hurricane on record with 15 feet of storm surge, 27" of rain and wind of 150 mph. The slow-moving storm lasted hours, but changed lives in seconds. It's been amazing to see how far we've come since Ian and how much stronger Southwest Florida will continue to get in the years ahead. My goal that day was to keep everyone calm, safe and informed.
