This has been my workout routine to maximize performance: - Wrestling 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) 45 min drilling, 30-45 minutes sparring rounds - 3 days a week full-body workouts for 45 minutes Heavy leg days fry my CNS, and each full body day has a different focus

So one day would be leg focused, where I'd do either: Zercher squats or pin squats Two days pressing focused: BB bench, OHP, pin presses etc Each fullbody day I will do a back compound, as my back recovers the easiest Each day I'll hit two compounds, and a few accessoires
