What’s busy Science Week Oak have had! We have investigated (amongst other things) gravitational pull, reproduction in plants, pacemakers and the cardio vascular system and chemical engineering at Hartford High. So much practical learning this week! @SchoolWhitegate

Oak tested Murphy’s Law to the limit today and found that, in fact, what can go wrong does not actually always go wrong! We tested whether pieces of toast more often landed butter side down or up. The results were surprisingly even! @SchoolWhitegate

A great and exhausting morning with Jess Clarke! She shared with us the importance of healthy eating and exercise. Everyone in Oak should be aiming for 60 active minutes a day! Jess also talked about stepping outside of your comfort zone and challenging yourself to be better.
