For all my politics junkies in Oklahoma - remember the @OKelections site has a nifty auto refresh feature that works really well. But absolutely do not trust it! Get your refresh finger moving. It’s 7pm!

Wemby is an interesting, stereotype breaking player off court - reading, playing chess, enjoying sci-fi, etc. Could be incredible role model. But he has EARNED a reputation as a dirty player on the court. And the worst kind - one who claims to be "ethical." He needs to be better.

I've followed the @WeAreSFJ awards for years now and always hoped to win one. Really proud to see this today! Henry carried the piece with a powerful depiction of Richard Glossip's THREE last meals. Glossip was released on bond three weeks ago after nearly 30 years in prison.

These celebrations of gerrymandering are a giant swing and miss. You can argue it’s necessary or a counterbalance to other states gerrymandering. But there’s nothing to celebrate. It’s a regrettable, sad reality, not a joyous moment.

Always a great day to beat Tennessee! Well done, @VandyBoys!
UPSET: DELIVERED‼️ Logan Johnstone walks it off in the bottom of the 10th to get the win, 3-2, over No. 21 Tennessee in Game One! #NCAABaseball x 🎥 ESPNU / @VandyBoys

Alright, since Seattle is likely going to get the Sonics back, OKC needs to seriously consider our next strike. Can we pass a bond to buy the Seahawks?

Are there mics on the rims for the Vanderbilt vs Nebraska game? Every time the ball hits the rim, there’s an almost cartoonish sound effect.

I tried to send this very innocent graphic as a reply to Vanderbilt vs Nebraska commentary, and X won’t let me. Is @elonmusk a Cornhusker fan? What gives? Doesn’t matter. It’s still conquer and prevail!
Anchor Down, Vanderbilt!

Where are my fellow Oklahoma City @VanderbiltU grads? Are we turning up for @VandyMBB on Thursday at Paycom or what?

Gas prices in Oklahoma have gone up nearly 50% over the past month.

Y'all remember when politicians were posting photos of gas prices a month ago? Haven't seen those in a while... To be fair... I hate this argument regardless of who is making it and whether prices are up or down. It relies on very faulty and often contradictory logic either way.

Listen to Sam Altman speak for a couple of minutes. Any of his speeches will do. Then report back on a scale of 9-10, how much existential dread you feel.

Apparently Markwayne Mullin is the first U.S. Senator without a bachelor's degree. The problem isn't that Mullin doesn't have a degree, it's that he's the only one and it took so long. More than 60% of the U.S. population over 25 doesn't have a 4-year degree.
You're not going to catch me stumping for Senator Mullin. But you're also not going to catch me making fun of his grammar or profession. Y'all realize that's exactly why he's in the position he is right? Because there's a strong air of elitism that often comes from the left.

Don't we want Congress to look and think like us? Sure... We want the best and brightest representing us. But we also want people who understand and empathize with our interests, needs, and challenges. There are valid issues with Mullin. This ain't it.

I see people saying stuff like, "Oklahoma sent a plumber to Congress." Cool. Were you hoping it was just a bunch of wall street bankers and lawyers, or what? Cause I actually wish we had more plumbers in Congress. Send some teachers too. Line cooks. Mechanics. Send case managers.

Plumbers are generally smart, hard working, and probably make more money than you do. Dunk on Mullin for his political stances or for trying to fight someone in the Senate chamber during a hearing. But classism is ugly and self defeating. Be better.
