An example of why active participation in your professional organization is important! If you deal with @UHC as a payor, you should be aware of how they are attempting to restrict patient access to care.
UHC is expanding prior authorization requirements for follow-up PT visits in office and outpatient hospital settings, effective Sept. 1. Some relief may be available to physical therapy practices that qualify for the new Gold Card program.
