The hardest thing for Black head coaches — and most don’t even realize it — is the trap. Most so-called “opportunities” come when a franchise wants them to tank. They hand the brother a broken roster, tell him to “build through the draft,” then fire him after the losses pile up. Those losses stay on his résumé. Meanwhile, white counterparts never take those jobs — and when they fail, they get recycled over and over. Then when a brother does get the job, he’s pressured to hire white coordinators to make ownership comfortable. He’s afraid that hiring Black coordinators will be seen as “favoring his own.” But here’s the truth: A lot of those coordinators don’t work for him, don’t protect him, and don’t fight for his success. Some are there to outlast him, not help him. Sabotage doesn’t always look loud — sometimes it looks quiet and patient. That’s why Mike Tomlin is the exception. Not because the league changed — but because Pittsburgh Steelers ownership doesn’t play those games. Stability matters. Too many owners are still looking for someone who looks like their son-in-law, not a leader who understands the locker room. Message to the brothers: Hire real brothers as your coordinators. People who are invested in you winning, not waiting on you to fail. You’ll last longer. You’ll build stronger. And you won’t stand alone. This isn’t emotional. It’s structural.

Against the best Offense in the NFL: The Vikings forced: - 6 Total Turnovers - 2 Interceptions - 4 Fumbles - 230 Yards of Offense - Allowed just 10 points. Brian Flores absolutely cooked, we may never see this type of performance again.

Yikes: Jemele Hill says that Michigan HC Sherrone Moore was FIRED because he is Black and that white coaches get second chances. "Though I think Sherrone Moore is a cornball, before we start painting his firing, Mel Tucker’s and Ime Udoka’s as some kind of indictment of black male coaches, let me remind you of the following names: Hugh Freeze, Bobby Petrino, Rick Pitino, Mike Price, among others. The difference is in who gets a second chance to be a head coach. And you can guess who usually gets another chance." 😬😬😬

🏈 TRENDING: While we are grateful for the opportunity, the warfare with Sanders continues….. The Browns giving Shedeur Sanders an “extended look” isn’t a compliment, it’s an admission that the QB room hasn’t been handled right and the rookie they tried to overlook might actually be the one with the highest ceiling. They’re basically saying, “We didn’t expect this, but we can’t ignore it anymore.” And let’s be real, Shedeur earned this opportunity the HARD way: no favoritism, no handouts, no politics benefiting him. Meanwhile certain quarterbacks were handed reps, handed privileges, and handed chances he had to FIGHT for. Now the coaches are seeing the difference: Shedeur is poised, calm in chaos, unbothered by the snow, respected in the locker room, and igniting the fanbase every time he touches the field. This “extended look” is really Cleveland admitting they might’ve had the guy the whole time, they just couldn’t see it until the rookie walked out and made it noticeable. Let’s be honest, this “extended look” stuff is cute, but Shedeur had to EARN every rep, every snap, and every inch of respect. Now they’re acting like giving him a real chance is some generous favor instead of admitting he’s outperformed the people they keep protecting. And here’s the part the media will NEVER highlight: through all the politics, the double standards, and the disrespect, Shedeur is probably just grateful. That’s who he is. He’s not the type to cry about what he didn’t get, he locks in, works harder, and thanks God for whatever door cracks open. What are your thoughts? Drop them below. 🧡🤎

This is Kevin Stefanski’s dad, Ed Stefanski. He used to work for the 76ers and hated Allen Iverson because he is a confident Black man who is unapologetically Black. Now his son, Kevin, is sabotaging Shedeur because he is a confident Black man who is unapologetically Black.

MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle sends a chilling message, warning that Americans have “f—ked around” and are now about to “find out.” “What will the future hold now that America has just decided that we’re going to f—k around and find out?” This disturbing comment came moments after Ruhle complained about @ElonMusk buying Twitter to make it a “propaganda machine.” “We have now let misinformation become the accepted information. It is washed over us. Elon Musk buys Twitter and then uses it almost exclusively to be a propaganda machine. And we’ve accepted it,” Ruhle lamented.

CNN has a story titled “where the Harris campaign went wrong.” Nope, I won’t read it. Harris ran a great campaign. The story should be titled “where the American people went wrong.”

Never underestimate the power of large groups of stupid people. He was the worst POTUS in history. Impeached twice. Convicted felon. Tried to stage a coup. Sold state secrets. But hey …at least he isn’t an intelligent Black woman.
