Today we made an incredibly difficult decision to part ways with a number of our team members while keeping a core group of developers to continue innovating on and supporting the game. We're proud of the team, talent, and the product we've created together. We're also grateful for players who gave the game a shot, and those who continue to be a part of our community.

We are devastated by the loss of Vince Zampella. Vince was one of a kind—a pioneer and creative force whose passion, humor, and leadership shaped not just legendary games played by millions, but profoundly affected his teams and the people who made them.  Many of us at Wildlight were fortunate enough to work with Vince, and these experiences remain foundational to who we are today. To us, Vince was a mentor and a friend. His spirit, his belief in bold ideas, and his love for the craft continue to live on in our work, our relationships, and how we treat the people around us.  Our hearts are with Vince’s family, friends, and the many teams across the industry who are grieving. He was a titan who will never be forgotten, and we miss him dearly.

We had our 2nd Design Summit @WildlightEnt last week. We flew in out-of-towners (myself included) and spent 3 full days in our LA office discussing the design of the game - what was working, what wasn't, and possible solutions.
