This is what drives me. There will likely be several routes to cure. But disease modification - actually changing the pathology of the brain - is our major and urgent focus.

Tough day at the office. CP in CP? Certainly: running NY Marathon for @CureParkinsonsT was joyful then devastating then joyful. The second joyful kicked in at 26.2 in Central Park, and won’t go away soon. Back on the laptop today - we have a phase 3 clinical trial to fund.
