Great staff meeting 2day with my DH team. We discussed Commitment vs. Involvement & did a team exercise to describe the culture of our store. This is what they identified. I love this list! It may be difficult to top a 94 VOA, but #TeamJasper is committed! @ChrisBergHD @ThdKelly
