Wim is right. Lots of banks are proactively complying with PROPOSED rules, including some of Swan's partners. We are fighting tooth and nail, and already made significant progress before our announcement. (You don't want to see what they tried to do first.)

We didn’t comply with anything. The financial institutions that our users are depositing dollar funds into did. We fought them hard on this privately while publicly fighting fincen. We have been expanding our options with financial institutions with a third coming online now and a fourth that we control in 2024. I expect however that all FI’s in USA will do this because it’s defensive for them, just like they file bullshit SARs all the time defensively.

Hung in there w all the @SwanBitcoin partner issues but some lines can’t be crossed. Further support of Swan financially only supports chain surveillance and policies in direct conflict with Bitcoin and bitcoiners. @coryswan @SamouraiWallet @sethforprivacy @ODELL

People should be allowed to invest in any investment opportunity they want regardless of how wealthy they are.
