We’re delighted to welcome Bronté to our team as the HRIS Analyst. Bronté moved from Baltimore to Grand Rapids, got married, and started her new job with us within a one-month period. So we’re fairly confident in her skills of multitasking and efficiency 😉
Over the next few days, we're taking our professional development out of the office by attending our Resilience Summit. Windquest hosts this biennial conference as an opportunity to gather together as a team and hear from national speakers.

Consistency is 🔑, showing others stability, reliability, and trustworthiness. But let’s not get consistency confused with complacency. Our actions need intention, and aim for growth!
