When people talk about the "great gameplay of FE engage" which version are you even talking about?
I feel like launch ver 1.0.0 and 1.1.0 are very different to 2.0.0
Even the weapons they give you on 1.1 affect the early game balance but most people played this.

Hopefully they do it well this time. Engage was so funny when it was completely trivialized by the Byleth ring.
Fire Emblem used to do cool unique bosses that were semi threatening without the need for inflating HP.

Idk I think engage is pretty good. Dealing with swarms of enemies is so much fun.
Love watching sommie shit in the somniel and the lack of worthwile side objectives allows me to connect with my units better.

If you want to deteriorate your mental/emotional health you can just play Silver Snow on maddening
Picking Black Eagles guarantees a terrible time for no reason cuz the Blue Lions are right there
Someone should make a video game that is actively harmful, not like its propaganda for dangerous opinions but just simply playing it somehow measurably deteriorates your physical/mental/emotional health like just booting it up and playing for an hour guarantees you ruin your day

Just started playing Chrono Trigger for the first time this game has the greatest gameplay ever. Now I finally get why people love this game!
Hopefully we get a 4K action remake on the switch 2.

When you're already tight on paying for groceries and rent, just emulate or pirate everything from these corporations.
If gaming makes you happy just do it. The world is shitty enough, you deserve to have some money in your pocket while still being able to enjoy things.

I always recommend FE7 or FE9 because they don't allow unlimited grinding like FE8 while also being easy.
Modern FE gamers wont even go back to old FE games because of permadeath. Its better to try out the ones that are easy for newcomers but don't give you an easy way out imo
guys what's a good first fire emblem game please don't say 3 houses I'm not playing that first

the thing about pc emulation is that it is indeed incredibly easy. but You Will download retroarch ( standalone emulators) and You Will download every core you need and You Will download every game you wish to emulate, and then You Will Not Play Any Of Them Ever

We have a real problem in the Trails fandom. How can we fix it? These are games with such positive messages, but the discourse is being hogged by very toxic, very sick people.
I want them out of my fandom, because I don't want to be associated with them.
But I don't want to necessarily be a gatekeeper, either.
