As a South African I have been politically homeless. The @MYANC is a thief. The @Our_DA is a shape changing beaurocrat. The @EFFSouthAfrica is an extortionist for sale. The MK is a permanent family feud amongst foreign family members. The PA sings in the direction of donations. Don't get me started on BOSA and Rise.
As much as I would love to vote DA based on merit: on deeper investigation their policies resemble the American democrat party. They would "pride" our schools and bathrooms before you can say suicidal empathy. Their identity is tied to globalists, the WHO and the UN.
The only two parties I would vote for are parties that reflect our deeper Christian conservatives values and born in atleast one of our incredible identities as South Africans. The Zulus and Afrikaners. FFplus and IFP. They want to preserve our sovereignty, borders and reject foreign interference.
That's my current sentiment.

@CheckersSA This morning I visited Checkers Waverley and had the worst shopping experience I can recall. To buy six donuts it took nearly five minutes. Then I found a trolley full of boxes left unattended in the vegetable aisle and had to move it myself.

@CheckersSA In front of the fridges there was a large cage-like trolley with empty containers all over the floor which I had to step on after moving the trolley. Finally in the pet food aisle I found three Checkers employees clustered together, one on his phone completely oblivious.

π Another brutal farm murder in South Africa. Last night (1 June 2026), farmer Hendrik Strooiberg was shot and killed in front of his wife during an attack on their smallholding in Kromdraai/Grootvlei, Pretoria North. The local farming community is devastated.
This is yet another Farm murder in a country where rural safety has collapsed.
Why does mainstream media largely ignore or downplay these attacks? Why does the government still refuse to officially recognize farm murders as a priority crisis?
Farmers feed the nation. They deserve protection, not silence.

πΏπ¦ A 69-year-old woman on the Cape Flats, Western Cape, has been arrested after a 23-year-old burglar filed a complaint claiming he was assaulted, tortured and sexually humiliated for hours after allegedly breaking into her home.
The man admitted to breaking in to steal, but claims he woke up naked and tied to a chair after being knocked unconscious.
He alleges the woman pinched his testicles, forced him to eat cat food, and made him pretend to be her baby.

A small explosion went off inside Woolworths at Preller Square, Bloemfontein, on Friday 29 May 2026 around 9:40am. The centre was temporarily cordoned off while police investigators remained on scene. It has since reopened.
This is now the second Woolworths bombing in 24 hours. A device also detonated at Menlyn Park, Pretoria on Thursday 28 May. Police are investigating both incidents.
Details on injuries and cause remain limited. SAPS has not released full findings yet. This is a developing story.
