Heads up this is important news for all #Vtubers This change means you can no longer allow bits to count towards any subathon goal that has physical goods like t-shirts, merch, you name it. Another reason to directly donate to your streamer instead of subs or bits.

Twitch has updated the Bits Acceptable Use policy for the first time since 2018. Key changes: - Bits can now ONLY be used for things on Twitch. (An explicit ban on using Bits for anything off-platform or of monetary value, ie. Movie Night, Merch, etc.) - Much stricter enforcement, including a new "forfeiture clause" which essentially says they can take your Bits (no compensation) for any violation. - Officially kills the "Ads for Bits" product (leftover language; that product has been dead for years).
