@wonderchef This is absolutely unacceptable. My gas stove is still under warranty, yet my complaint has not been resolved for over 2 weeks.
Instead of fixing the issue, your team has falsely marked it as “resolved” without any actual service.

If this issue is not properly resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate it to the National Consumer Helpline and proceed with legal action through the Consumer Court.
