Ballots mailed everywhere. Ballots can be post marked up to 7-days after the election. No voter ID. 22-day period for resolving signature issues. High number of provisional ballots. Voter harvesting (any third party can return another person's ballot, no limit on how many ballots a third party can return).

The reason ID is banned in California (and New York) elections is to enable large-scale fraud.
When you combine no ID and mail-in voting, fraud is de facto legalized.

America needs another Manhattan Project, this time focusing our resources and expertise on laser weapons. Israel is far ahead of every other nation in the development of these weapons. And we should enlist their help as well. Israel has advanced laser weapon technologies and major breakthroughs in adaptive optics and power scaling. Lasers have the potential of making drones and ballistic weapons antiquated. But we should make this a priority focus, as Ronald Reagan made the Strategic Defense Initiative a priority.
