On this day 100 years ago, goalkeeper Tommy Marshall signed this contract with his local club, @southport_fc, covering 1924/25 in the old Football Lge D3 North. He would be paid £2 10s in the firsts, or £1 10s in the reserves.
Tommy was my Great Uncle, but not in the bloodline.
