Including some hands-on ⛏️ workshops outside on building wolf-deterrent wire fences and capture methods.

We had two post conference walks, to Radio Kootwijk and the sanddrift !🐺
Participants went out finding tracks🐾, learning about the local history and current wolf pack in the area. They also visited a shepherd keeping sheep at Hoog Buurlo🐑👨🌾

Today’s sob story was Jack Rabe’s cougar from Yellowstone NP living with so many bears and wolves that it’s super compelled to bury its prey even when there is no substrate 🥹
