Something weird is happening these days. There is a very strange influencer pipeline happening right now where people behave badly, confess publicly, pivot into religious content, and then use faith as a new form of authority. The issue is that the harm disappears into the testimony. The prejudice becomes “conviction.” The backlash becomes “persecution.” The audience is asked to witness redemption before anyone has really witnessed accountability. I have no interest in guilt dressed up as holiness. A relationship with God should make you more honest, humane, and more responsible for the way you treat people.
