It is with great sadness I write this, my cousin Darren Smith took his own life yesterday.
He was a great supporter of mental health charities, most notably setting up @andysmanclubuk in locations across Essex.
Sadly, despite helping so many, he lost his own…

My dad has been battling damp and mould for years. Keeping on top of it while being fobbed off by @Clarion_Group . His health has started detoriating, so how long before it starts to snowball into a major issue? We need to be proactive before cases like these get to critical.

What's one everyday thing that makes your environment more accessible? For us, living rurally, white lines on the road makes it easy to follow and keep to the edge. Wish this was standard practice. Same road two different places. #accessibility #visualimpairment #littlethings

One thing that comes up again and again when talking to families we work with is just how much *energy* it takes to get by. People are absolutely done in from the pandemic and there always being too much month left at the end of the money. Chaos on top of all that is shattering.
