There is a bit of confusion in the market around #student#visa#workrights & when the 8104/8105 "48 hours per fortnight" limitation applies. The rules are different for secondary (8104) compared to the primary (8105). This article should clear things up

The #WorkingHoliday / Work and Holiday (subclass 417 and 462) visas will rise from AUS$510 to AUS$635.

From 1 July 2023 UK passport holders will be:
- able to apply for a #WorkingHoliday visa (#WHV) between the ages of 18 and 35 years inclusive.
- eligible to be granted WHVs up to a total of 3 years without having to meet any specified work requirements.

Eligibility for 2nd or 3rd #workingholiday (subclass 417) and Work and Holiday (subclass 462) visas. While some industries also provide eligibility for a second or third Working Holiday or #Work and #Holiday visa as well as employment extensions, not all do. #workinaustralia
