這陣子，我試用了騰訊 @TencentAI_News WorkBuddy 的桌面工具，用了一段時間，想把心得整理出來，給同樣每天被瑣事拖住的人一個參考。
跟claude cowork概念差不多，它是騰訊團隊做的桌面 AI 助手。
這類和我們平常用的聊天機器人最大的差別是——聊天機器人只會給你建議，它會直接動手把事情做完。我把一句話丟給它，例如「把這個資料夾裡的銷售數據整理成一份簡報」，它就自己讀檔、拆解步驟，最後交一份能直接用的 PPT 給我。第一次看到成品真的出現在桌面上那刻，感覺跟以往很不一樣。
而且WorkBuddy十分新手友好，它省掉了「不知道從何開始」這件事。
過去用 AI，最花時間的往往不是任務本身，而是研究「我到底該怎麼下指令、要不要裝什麼外掛、別人都怎麼設定」。WorkBuddy 把這部分基本上幫你準備好了——它內建現成的專家角色和超多技能包，從寫週報、做數據分析、整理會議記錄到批量改檔名，你只要在清單裡挑一個對應的場景直接套用就行，不必再到處搜尋別人的 prompt 範本。對新手來說，這一點省下的時間遠比想像中多。
上手也簡單，大致三步：
一、到官網 workbuddy.ai 下載對應 Windows 或 Mac 的版本，安裝。

還有兩個我覺得特別方便的地方。一是它可以接上 Whatsapp、微信基礎支付這些通訊軟體，我出門在外用手機發一句指令，家裡或公司的電腦就幫我跑完，回來成果已經在等我。二是它能連 Google Drive、Notion、GitHub 這些我本來就在用的工具，省去不停切換的麻煩。它也沒把你綁死在某一個模型上，可以自己選用哪個大模型，甚至填入自己的 API Key，對在意成本的人算是貼心。
總的來說，如果你也是那種每天有一堆「不難但很煩」的事要處理的人，我覺得它值得花十分鐘裝來試試。不一定要它做多複雜的事，光是讓它把重複雜務接手過去，就已經對得起那十分鐘了。
