@Marriott I reported an exposed outlet in my room. Maintenance said he installed a faceplate. Instead, he stuck the plugs through the cover. No screws, no fix; a clear disregard for safety & violation of safety standards. I expect an immediate investigation & direct follow‑up.

@Apple you did my son dirty. As someone who has been a long time 🍏 fan, your techs messed up a screen repair, ended up replacing the mid board and getting him a new phone without explaining to him the consequences to our Verizon account so now he cannot upgrade without paying.

@Apple so instead of only paying $120 to pay his iPhone 15 off and get his upgrade, he now has to pay over $650!! Your Apple Store in North Star Mall couldn’t do anything and Verizon’s hands are tied. I have never been so disappointed in your company and your lack of support.

@Lowes doesn’t honor their Protection Plan from 2019 that CLEARLY states in T&C & website that after 3 repairs (NOT CLAIMS) they would replace the item. I am going on the 6th repair (2nd claim) since 6/23 for SAME thing. This is BAIT & SWITCH!

Their T&C don’t say anything about how close/far apart they need to be either!! The washer has been leaking and has damaged my baseboards and door frames as a result of their techs not fixing it properly!! They state one thing on their documents but then don’t honor it!!

Why would someone register for a giftcard for something they ALREADY HAVE? Just think about that for a minute! Your program makes ZERO sense! Why couldn’t we use YOUR giftcard to pay for YOUR meal/beverage plan? Truly aggravated by the whole experience - it shouldn’t be this way

@PurinaONE my 5 yr old pup suffered from encephalitis & now struggles to eat. The ONLY thing she eats now are the chicken chunks in the Purina One Chicken & Rice Dog food. I am currently picking them out for her but I’d love to buy some bags of just the chunks if I could, please.

Hey @Shutterfly - your mobile app doesn’t allow you to save your projects (I tried) and I lost the calendar I had spent a good amount of time on 😒 Not happy at all.. that was a lot of work picking everything out and setting photos up only to have it gone.
