🇫🇷 Dans un message adressé aux participants de la @WorldPolicyConf 2026, @EmmanuelMacron expose sa vision d’une France "puissance d’équilibre" évoluant dans un contexte international marqué par l’instabilité et l’érosion des alliances traditionnelles.
Le président de la République française préconise la formation d’une "coalition des indépendants" regroupant des nations souveraines attachées au droit international. Cette stratégie repose sur une autonomie stratégique européenne renforcée, englobant les domaines de la défense, de l'industrie et de la technologie pour éviter "toute vassalisation".
Le discours souligne également l'importance de nouveaux partenariats avec des puissances émergentes et l’Afrique afin de bâtir un "multilatéralisme efficace et pragmatique". En prônant une troisième voie diplomatique, la France aspire à stabiliser l’ordre mondial tout en défendant ses intérêts propres et la souveraineté collective de l’Europe.
