We recently hosted our annual cheque presentation with Broadwater Carnival Society. A record breaking £12,600 has been donated to four nominated charities - Andy's Angels, Worthing Veterans, Keep Me Breathing and The Fire Fighters Charity.

As part of our Wellbeing Month, a West Sussex company called Shorelands Sauna kindly donated a Sauna and Plunge Pool as well as their time for a day. Research shows that alternating between hot and cold temperatures can stimulate blood flow and improve circulation.
