Minnesota anglers will be able to fish without a license from Tuesday, June 2 to Monday, June 8 during a pause in the DNR’s licensing system. Fishing regulations and bag limits are in effect. The pause is due to the DNR’s switch to an e-licensing system that will go live June 9.

The MPCA has issued an Air Quality Alert that includes Wright County starting at noon today and running through 9 p.m. The AQA is for ground level ozone and is listed as “unhealthy for sensitive groups,” including the elderly, small children and those with respiratory problems.
