Happy birthday to us!
Founded in 1984, our studio has been at the heart of game development for 4 decades, and we have a lot of stories to tell.
So, join us in celebrating over the next few months, and stay tuned.

Today's time @DU_Collections was spent researching medieval & later ironwork from buildings & other brick structures. We're talking cramps, pivots, hooks, nails & wall ties galore! 👀🪝 New catalogue records coming soon.

I've spent many hours happily assassinating in Hitman 💼🔪☠️ As a game designer, I was interested in how they'd turned their contracts into a roguelite campaign, so I made a video with my thoughts #leveldesign#gamedevyoutu.be/PhWm-Wf_q8Q

What a start to the weekend - cross-section drawings of medieval tenterhooks. After weaving and washing, wool cloth was stretched on a wooden frame (tenter) using these hooks so the cloth didn't shrink as it dried. 'On tenterhooks' came to mean being under tension/suspense.
ALT Photo of a book page with text at the top listing a description of tenter-hooks numbered 254 to 263. Four rows of various tenter-hooks are illustrated underneath; they are L-shaped with square cross-sections.
