@NJDHS hello..was informed back in Nov.'24 that my family's health insurance via #NJFamilyCare was eligible 4 renewal so long as there was no change in income status. I just received notice 2 days ago that insurance ends in 4 days (notice was dated 3/20/2025)! What is going on?!?
HOWEVER, this morning I called to confirm all that I was told & lo & behold, I'm told by a woman named April that Jordan's insurance, Jordan's my 12 yr old who was the only one who didn't get his insurance terminated & was renewed effective 4/1/2025, was now terminated.
His insurance will be reinstated but not until 6/1/2025. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON? You can't make this stuff up! Please help. I called BCBSS, waited 90 mins on hold only to speak w/ Ms. Sandoval who said nothing she could do cuz it was being handled at state level.

So my Watch 2 charger is very inconsistent in charging..off & on charging. Probably not good 4 Watch & not good 4 peace of mind...
But then rep sets up RMA 2 return my Watch 2 instead of charger!?!
Plz plz get me a charger that works consistently b4 u lose a loyal customer. For now I'm preferring u over @SamsungMobile@SamsungMobileUS but I'll switch back if u can't get this simple support issue right.

@Hyundai the level of incompetence I'm experiencing w/ ur consumer affairs & lease-end depts is unreal. I've been on call for 1 hr & 8 mins and have been transferred back&forth 4x w/ both depts telling me the other dept is responsible 4 taking care of my issue which deals w/...
with right now. Essentially, seems like Paul Paik & Paramus are just making me do the gruntwork of getting this settled which is pretty bogus. Beyond that, the incompetence is stellar.
