It feels like every day you are bombarded by people complaining about woke games and some sort of DEI in these games. Outside of the regular XBOX vs. Playstation vs. Nintendo vs. Sega disagreements, which other battles have been fought in gaming over the years?

I see a lot of people are complaining about the water breaks at the World Cup. I think FIFA should go all the way and make even more changes: 1. Two minute warning 2. Each manager has 3 challenges per half 3. More umpires throwing flags on the field Add your suggestions!

Our consoles give us so much joy and they expect very little from us in return. What's the nicest thing you've ever done for your gaming console? I took mine on a cruise! #xbox #xboxseriesx #consolecruising

For all the Game Boy fanatics out there - June 14 is a big day in the history of this gaming handheld. In 1989, Tetris was released. Fast-forward another 5 years to 1994 and Donkey Kong also made its way onto the Game Boy. Tetris was the first game compatible with the Game Link Cable that allows two Game Boy consoles to link for multiplayer gaming. As for Donkey Kong, it begins as a remake of the Donkey Kong (1981) arcade game before introducing 97 original levels. By the way, why is everyone stealing Mario's lady?!

One of the greatest games ever made was released on this day in 2013. A game widely considered one of the best even though they later turned it into a crappy TV show. I am talking about the one and only The Last of Us. I am usually a bit of a contrarian. But I have to admit that I love this game. It's one of the few titles where I can't really criticize anything about it. It gets really close to perfection, in my opinion. The sequel received a lot of hate. Killing off Joel early on was a pretty brave (stupid?) decision by Naughty Dog. I would say that if you prioritize gameplay over story, it was still a fantastic game. But killing off such a beloved character will always take attention away from all the good aspects of the game. Overall, I will look at this series the same way I look at Indiana Jones. For me, Indiana Jones ended at the end of The Last Crusade. I have deleted the last two terrible movies from my memory. And I have done the same with The Last of Us. It came to an end when Ellie asked Joel the big question at the end of the first game. #playstation #naughydog #thelastofus

I need your help. I just finished Red Dead Redemption 2 after skipping it for years. And now I have to pick the next one to tackle after many years in the disc case gathering dust. Which one should I start next?

Hello fellow gaming fanatics I was thinking about titles I played growing up and which ones I would love to see make a comeback. Not a remake, but a proper new game. After waiting for more than 20 years, which series do you still hope to see at least one more time? I'll start:

Yoshi's Universal Gravitation (Yoshi Topsy-Turvy in NA) was released on this day in 2005 for the Game Boy Advance. By tilting the console, you manipulate the game area, causing enemies and objects to slide as gravity changes. Are the bad reviews accurate? #nintendo #yoshi

If you still love your Nintendo NES and light gun, you might be interested to know that Hogan's Alley was released in Japan on this day in 1984. The EU had to wait more than 3 years to get it! It was also a huge arcade hit in the US and Japan. #nintendo #retrogames

What do you get when you combine a legendary movie franchise with a park builder/manager? If you answered Jurassic World Evolution, you would have been correct! JWE was released on this day in 2018. Two sequels were also released. I've spent a lot of hours playing this one!

I don't think you can talk about great Playstation 5 games without mentioning Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. With a lot of talk about console exclusives taking place on X, it is worth mentioning that Rift Apart was the first R&C release outside of Playstation. #ps5 #pcgaming

It's almost FIFA World Cup 2026 time. And 4 years ago today it was time for the release of Mario Strikers: Battle League. I don't think Mario would be too impressed that Italy has again not qualified for the tournament.
