No shots on goal for two hours after the fifth minute, averaged about two passes a minute, one of the most shameful cowardly performances ever seen in a Champions League final. Played for penalties and got what they deserved.

Got nothing but respect & gratitude towards Arne Slot Won a league title in his own right & overseen a summer like no other last year Criticism is always expected as LFC manager but personal abuse should never happen As always the club comes first. Lets hope we replace wisely

Cant really be surprised , based on the absolute plethora of things that have went wrong in the 2nd season, this decision was due for atleast 5-6 months now.
Liverpool FC can confirm Arne Slot is to depart his role as head coach with immediate effect and that the process to appoint a successor is under way. He leaves with a Premier League title to his name and our deepest gratitude and appreciation.

Is the SRH coaching staff and Cummins really watching how the players have been playing in the nets and games? Whose brilliant idea was it to send Smaran in the PowerPlay when the target is 244? You’re in a situation for big runs and you send out a failing Smaran who cannot play the big shots. Atleast he can’t even try to set up a partnership? What’s the words being given in the dugout to these guys? Dumb. #SRH #IPL2026
WHAT DID I SAY??? SMARAN CANNOT PLAY LOFTED SHOTS!!!!!!!! He isn't ready to play that brand of cricket just yet. He is a good anchor... not a striker. #SRH #IPL2026

Abhishek not stepping up. Ishan playing an unnecessary shot. Head being as hopeless as he was all season. Law of avgs catching up with Klaasen. And I have ltr no words about smaran. Today was an ABSOLUTE shitshow. This isn't "unfortunate" this was incompetence & overconfidence

Steven Gerrard after Liverpool’s draw against Brentford at Anfield: 🗣️ “I’m honestly furious watching that game because that should never happen at Anfield. No disrespect to Brentford, but Liverpool allowed them to go band for band, attack for attack, transition for transition like they were equals for 90 minutes at Anfield. That’s not the Liverpool standards people are used to. What frustrates me most is the lack of control. I genuinely don’t understand what the tactical plan was because the structure looked completely open every time Brentford broke forward. Under pressure, Liverpool used to suffocate teams physically and mentally at Anfield. Now it feels like every opponent believes they can come here, play freely and create chances without fear. And honestly, that’s dangerous because once teams stop fearing Anfield, you lose one of the biggest advantages this football club ever had. The crowd looked nervous, the players looked exposed and defensively the organisation was all over the place. For a club with Liverpool’s standards, drawing like that at home should never feel acceptable.”

We have seen both sides of earth from last summer to now. A torturous season for Liverpool finally comes to an end. For the first time in many years, I just wanted the games to be over. It was a season of suffering, game after game, moment after moment. We never looked defensively organised and the lack of protection from midfield made it even worse. All the excitement around the new signings disappeared into thin air far too quickly. Honestly, I do not have a lot of hope going into next season either with the same manager and the same setup still in place. There were not many positives individually as well, although Szobo and Rio had decent seasons. But being out of contention for every trophy for the last three months has been genuinely sickening. Still, as lifelong supporters, we will keep supporting the club through it all. You’ll never walk alone

Replying to @CricVarunSRH
GT must be the most disgusting team. Have batters who can only play test cricket. Have bowlers who will give runs as in test cricket. Have a pitch suiting test. No wonder this ground is a graveyard for the SRH, who are fully adapted to the t20 brand of cricket.

More than Half the team cant handle the ball, Frimpong cannot, macca cannot, grav cant, Szobo waits too long when its not needed, thats the entire midfield, oh I almost forgot the moron Gakpo, not only can he not control, he actively stops our attack.
The reason why Van Dijk & Konate have so many touches is cos Macca & Gravenberch can’t handle the ball. Slot won’t single it out (yet). #LIVCHE #LFC
