Electric service has been restored to 85% of the customers who lost power during last night’s severe storms. As we prepare for additional storms tonight, crews will continue to work as long as it's safe, and resume restoration efforts when the weather allows.

Crews are finding widespread damage across the region this morning, working as quickly as possible to repair downed lines, replace damaged equipment and restore power. We'll be deploying teams from our Texas and Colorado service areas as they arrive to help on the ground today.

Destructive storms moved through the region again last night, bringing heavy rain, hail and 65 mph winds, and causing over 140,000 customers to lose power. As soon as storms passed and it was safe, crews worked through the night to restore power to more than 50,000 customers.
