May I propose a new system to the @FIA @MercedesAMGF1 @McLarenF1 @redbullracing @AlpineF1Team @ScuderiaFerrari? What if penalties are notified but not served in any GP. However if a penalty is issued, the pilot has to start the next GP with the penalty to serve at first pit stop?

In the International Sporting Code of the FIA, the right of review can be raised by the F1 Team or by the FIA. If the review of @PierreGASLY 's penalty brought new elements. The @FIA can also decide, by itself, to review the other ones if these elements are relevant. No?

First they added Mix. Then they added automatic Mix where opening a video was creating a mix. I found out this feature was bound to "Autoplay". I turned it off and it worked for months. 2 days ago they did something and now playlist are stopping after each video. STOP @YouTube
