In regards to the attacks brought upon us on January 14th, 2024, It is a shame that it has come to this. My name is Andrew, also known to many of you as XGN Orion and/or Xiled Orion. I’ve also been known over the years as XGN Jager, XGN StilleJager, and various iterations of these names. I’ve been a member of XGN, to this day, for a total of nearly ten years (this year will be my 10th) and I’ve seen the coming and going of leaders of all kinds from Xiled Gaming Network. I joined as a member in the division of GoD (Game or Die) into a group that later created DoD (Dealers of Death). I have held every rank in Xiled Gaming Network and, luckily, I had the opportunity to become owner and CEO of Xiled Gaming Network, a gaming community who has, for many years, maintained a publicly posted statement of neutrality in the affairs and arguments of other communities in the clan scene. During this time, I have donated time, effort, and more than my fair share of funds to support the community to both administration and members themselves. I’ve paid electric and phone bills, funded the purchase of consoles for members that had to sell or pawn them for cash so they could pay for basic necessities, and other acts of kindness that I haven’t spoken much on until today. I believe, personally, in the statement “Discretion is the better part of valor” meaning that the best part about doing the right thing is doing the right thing when people aren’t watching. Xiled Gaming Network has raised nearly $3000 dollars in charity for St. Judes Children’s Hospital and Toys for Tots just in the last year. I’m exceptionally proud of the dedication of our membership base and all that, together, we’ve been able to accomplish, but I do not claim any of that success. This success belongs to the community at large. Yesterday, early in the morning when not a member would normally be awake in leadership, my community was attacked. And while I don’t know exactly what provoked this attack, I would like to share my insights as to what happened leading up to this egregious assault on the members of my peaceful, and aforementioned neutral, community- an attack that didn’t harm our leadership, but directly attacked the members themselves. This attack was done directly by the previous owner of the community who, though he claims ‘handed the community off’ to me, sold it for a total of $3000. Receipts will be enclosed from PayPal directly to the previously official XGN account which @pckeathley has, or had, direct control of. Keep in mind that this payment does not include the thousands of other dollars in personal aid I’ve rendered Cory as a friend over the many years we’ve spoken - I could never bring myself to request payment back for something given as a gift. This was a business transaction. To discuss the meat of the matter, Xiled Gaming Network was originally ‘handed off’ to me shortly after the passing away of Cory’s grandmother, something he did not list in his original post. He told me the money he needed to buy the community from him was specifically so he could move her items out and that’s why he needed to sell. I was ecstatic for the possibility of being owner of a community that I had, at that time, spent nearly eight years helping to grow and develop, so I jumped at the opportunity. I took out a loan, myself, of over $3000 to pay for the community in its entirety and was promised an agreement that was never made, sent, or signed for to my knowledge by @pckeathley . Enclosed in this thread/post are also screenshots of these conversations. In short, Xiled Gaming Network was not ‘handed off to me’, it was paid for and finalized, therefore it cannot and will not be shut down by the former owner who has sold his share in the community in its entirety, save for the technological side which he noted. During this time I was also promised $10,000 and XGN was promised an additional $10,000 which was never disclosed to me nor XGN (I did however receive $2500 with the promise of more that never came). To address the talks with Hydra and XGN’s relationship to them to this day, I will say it has been minimal up until recently as we were attacked by @pckeathley . The only contact XGN ultimately had with them was via a server in Discord known as the ‘Firewall’ where we share Discord user IDs and names that have been identified as threats to the clan scene (booters, DDoSers, pedophiles, etc.) along with any proof that’s necessary. This server exists under the mutual agreement that if XGN has an issue with someone, Hydra will not accept them and if Hydra has an issue with someone, XGN will not accept them. This is a mutual agreement that has benefitted us for years and helped to keep the community safe. Additionally, Clanhub, until recently, has likewise been a great benefit to us for years. As the leader and owner of an aforementioned neutral party/community, I told both parties I was not going to get involved in their arguments with one another on the side of KSI, Hydra, and @pckeathley . I have no metaphorical horse in this race and no intent to get involved. Arguments between consenting adults can and should be mediated as consenting adults. I stand by this statement today. My recent talks with Hydra have strictly regarded advice in preserving XGN’s identity as a gaming community in light of the attacks made by @pckeathley . I would like to clarify as well that I do not in any way hold @KaizenSyndicate responsible for the actions of any of its owners/operators. A note regarding our relationship to Hydra is that anyone present can tell you I was the only one at the meeting where the truce was mentioned (and I do mean the ONLY one) that was entirely against building peace with Hydra. I was told by @pckeathley that ‘If I had another way, he’d love to hear it’ and repeatedly told it was the best idea and the only way to handle the issues that existed between us. Since that time, I’ve seen very clearly that Hydra has, honestly, left XGN alone for these few years we’ve been at peace. Again, this is the first in depth conversation we have had in years. When they had their issues with Cory (@pckeathley) they contacted me immediately to make sure that XGN did not have issues with their statements. Again, I assured them we were taking the middle ground and maintaining neutrality. Their argument was their own until such time as XGN was made a part of the conversation at which point I would be forced to make a statement. This did not occur. To address the financial burdens mentioned in @pckeathley ‘s post, I will say that if this burden of $50,000 existed, it was never mentioned to me or any other members in the leadership present at that time in the community to our knowledge of those of us that remain. It was certainly never brought up to me. I have already discussed the reason that I was told and disclosed evidence of our conversation along with receipts. Lastly, Xiled Gaming Network to my knowledge has not officially participated in Esports for many years. Admittedly, I don’t have a date, but the last I remember was a Gears of War team sponsored by us long before any of these concerns and the price was never disclosed to the community publicly. Do with that as you will. After all of this and XGN very clearly and, I would like to think politely, maintaining its neutral ground, on the morning of Sunday, January 14th, 2024, the Xiled Gaming Network Discord server was besieged by an attack orchestrated by @pckeathley (aka @KaizenFame) and @KaizenGlory . Cory had admin access after we had discussed him maintaining it as both a gesture of respect and good will and also an access for the integration of @ClanHubGG to directly access, test, and manage any issues and this access was not removed, again, as a gesture of respect. At roughly 6:30AM, EST, Cory invited members from his account including @KaizenGlory (aka Mayhem), who originally attempted a ./banall command which failed, followed by the removal of our security measures, our onboarding, and several other safety measures followed by the manual ban of members of our community who were primarily guests. Here I would like to emphasize ‘guests’ of the server. We have a ‘Server Guest’ role for members who are not a part of our community and are there to still be able to play and talk with us, for potential members, and for members of other communities that are there as ambassadors or to play with members who are their friends. These were people in the server who had no qualm, issue, concern, or any interest in getting involved in politics just like the leadership of XGN and, indeed, the majority of the aforementioned neutral community. This was to be pinned on a TSB account that had only existed for 34 days and had only been in the TSB server for 9 days when this happened, but ultimately, this attack was stopped after 600 members, again, primarily guests, had been removed from our server. After 7 hours of handling this situation, I received no response from Cory who was actively messaging in the Kaizen server, claiming he had been hacked and that his only contact was his new Discord (kaizenfame). He claims he had no knowledge XGN had been attacked and that Hydra is the only group that could benefit by making him look bad, however, both accounts were in the Kaizen server and XGN and Kaizen remains untouched. Our ClanHub was also wiped. Three of our Twitter accounts were removed (The XGN main account and two of our divisions, DoD and PS). He claimed to be working to get our socials back, something he should’ve done a long time ago (in his words- screenshots included) and that members of my community were making fun of his bodily infirmities, something I immediately addressed the moment I knew about it, including making a public statement to our server stating so, which I also disclosed to him the moment it was posted. He threatened retaliation if I did not comply. This statement by @pckeathley aka Cory aka Fame aka Mr.XGN is as damning evidence as I’ve seen that these attacks were made directly by him and his associates. Instead of providing any information for the socials he claims he was going to retrieve, less than 24 hours later, he has drafted a message condemning the community I paid him for, claiming he has dissolved it, all of which is false. XGN chose to go its own way when I paid for the community and rightly took ownership despite never being given a proper (and promised) contract. Point blank, I own XGN and in the eyes of the law, that is also the case. He has no right to dissolve something he does not, and has not, owned since March 2022, nearly two years ago, yet he is attempting to do just that. XGN will continue to grow, continue to innovate, and continue to forge its own path while maintaining a neutral standpoint until such time as we are attacked or accused at which point, as the sole proprietor of Xiled Gaming Network, LLC, I will draft a response in accordance and handle the situation personally via cordial and diplomatic means as much as is possible. In fourteen years of operation, Mr. XGN has claimed to be the founder of the community, Xiled Gaming Network, and that statement I find is a wise lie. All good lies have a small grain of truth. The truth is, he was a part of seven founding members that all took part in the creation of a community that continues to live on today. Though he might have once led it, I believe that a community is made of its members. XGN will continue to be the product of its own membership and will continue to thrive in the face of this blatant and unwarranted betrayal of its previous owner. So, speaking on behalf of the membership of the community, we hereby cut all ties and affiliation with @XiledInc , @ClanHubGG , @KaizenFame / @pckeathley and walk together into a new generation not marred by the sins of one turbulent, and notedly former, owner and for those of you still following, I urge you support us on our new Twitter, @TheOfficialXGN and on our new website, officialxgn.gg
