Bahan dan bumbu : 1 Kg Daging Sapi 500 Ml Air Kaldu (Kuah bekas rebusan daging) 1 pack masako ayam 10-15 butir cabai merah 6 siung bawang merah ukuran besar 4 siung bawang putih ukuran sedang 2 butir kemiri 4 butir gula merah ukuran kecil 2 bungkus Sasa santan ukuran 65 ml 2 sdm minyak goreng Proses Pengolahan : -Potong daging sedang lalu cuci bersih. Rebus daging hingga empuk, tiriskan. -Blender cabai merah, bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri yang dikasih minyak goreng. Oseng² bumbu yang sudah diblender sampe matang. -Setelah bumbu matang, masukkan air kaldu, masako ayam, gula merah dan santan. Masukkan daging dan aduk2 sebentar.
