"My neighbors are Israeli settlers...Three days ago, the settlers beat my sister. At the same time, the settlers pressed a machine gun against my leg...I’ve been hit before but never had a machine gun so close to shooting me." Read Aysha's story here: buff.ly/3GqHsnC

Caught on security camera today: two young masked Israeli settlers squirt paint through the fence at our house. An Israeli soldier arrives. The settlers keep throwing paint right in front of the soldier & face no consequences. Complete impunity and hubris. A day in #Hebron.

Our field office in #Hebron was vandalized today by neighboring Israeli settlers with paint. These hateful attacks happen frequently despite our attempts to protect the house by installing fences. We fear more vandalism and assaults will follow in these difficult times.

Map of Hebron's occupied old city – area H2. Palestinian families struggle to live under the massive military restrictions that limit their movement, while the Israeli army facilitates the lives of the 700-800 Israeli settlers in the city.

In postponing the plans for judicial overhaul, Israeli PM Netanyahu promises control of the National Guard to extremist terrorism-convicted Itamar Ben-Gvir from the settlement Kiryat Arba at the outskirts of Hebron city. This is an example of the newfound power of the far-right.

A pleasure to welcome Danish actor @thurelindhardt to our field office in #Hebron today. You may know him as co-star of the hit crime series The Bridge. We gave him a tour of the occupied center of our city and showed him the reality of the apartheid Palestinians live under.
