Thank you to the 57 amazing participants on our Yosemite trip this past Saturday, June 17. We offered two different hikes with beautiful sunny skies. Seeing the heavily flowing waterfalls and Half Dome and El Capitan up close were absolute highlights.

Thanks to the Youth Science Institute (YSI), students at the YMCA After School program at Vinci Park Elementary were able to participate in hands-on environmental education. They loved learning about the environment and being with the different animals YSI brought along!

Hispanic Heritage Month Spotlight: We love our YMCA Project Cornerstone Los Dichos volunteers who honor and acknowledge the language, traditions and culture of the Latino community through sharing children's literature in our local classrooms.
