IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH & WELLBEING WITH MAT- BASED HATHA YOGA WITH LINDA 🧘‍♀️ Free Class Every Tues, 12:30pm - 1:30pm at The Old Laundry, Stockwell. SW9 9BY Hatha yoga is gentle and practiced at a slower pace with focus on the breath using controlled movements and stretching.
