This year we have been lucky to be selected as Charity of The Year for @xtraclimited & were thrilled to be joined by their team members at our gardening workshop in Berkshire. They accompanied the group in harvesting our veg. A big thank you to Xtrac for all of their support 💚
Our triathletes were up bright and early for the 7:30am Dorney Triathlon this morning and absolutely killed it 🏅

Our attendees with young onset dementia have been lucky enough to groom & ride the #horses at Enborne Equestrian Events over the last six weks. Alison has benefitted from bonding with her horse Marge, while Pam has loved working with Molly and plaiting her hair 🐴💕
