Good morning again from Carmacks. All teams are in. The last team #79 arrived just before 11 pm last night. Unofficially we had 58 teams finish the abbreviated race in Carmacks before the cutoff time of 34 hours. 16 teams scratched.

Good morning from Coal Mine Campground & Canteen in Carmacks, race HQ for the next 24 hours. We were expecting the first teams by now, but last night's stoppage (see previous post) held them up a few hours. The first team is now expected here at 8 am.

Hello race fans! It’s a beautiful day to start the YRQ ‘24. All of the teams have made it to the first checkpoint and onto Lake Laberge! Calm winds are making for great paddling conditions! Stay tuned for more updates as we get our first images from the media team!
