CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT AS YOUTH COORDINATOR Following consultations and careful consideration of his track record in youth mobilisation, diaspora engagement, and leadership within the Nigerian community in the United Kingdom, we are pleased to confirm the appointment of Yemi Soile as Youth Coordinator of the City Boy Movement, United Kingdom Chapter. Yemi Soile currently serves as the UK Ambassador and Coordinator for the National Youth Council of Nigeria – Diaspora. He is the Co-Founder of the Nigerian Festival UK and Co-Founder of the M.K.O Abiola Centre for Youth and Sports Development Africa. Between 2022 and 2023, he served as the APC UK Interim Youth Leader and Co-Director of the APC National Youth Wing Campaign Council (Diaspora Affairs). He also works as the Lead Student Engagement Executive at the African Union Commission – African Science Research and Innovation Council UK (Diaspora Chapter). Yemi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Business from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, and a Master’s Degree in International Project Management from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge. In recognition of his impact within the diaspora community, he was named one of the 100 Most Outstanding Nigerians in the UK in the last 100 years by the Nigerian Government and was also honoured at the 21st Gathering of Africa’s Best Awards for Excellence in Youth Development. His experience, leadership capacity, and commitment to youth development and diaspora engagement make him well positioned to coordinate and strengthen the activities of the City Boy Movement in the United Kingdom. I have noticed a worrying norm on Lagos roads at night. There are many vehicles without rear lights and coupled with very poor street/road lights, it is hard to see these dangerous vehicles. To make matters worse, some of them emit so much smoke that you can't even see them.
