1/3 @JohnLewisRetail Shocking support from John Lewis Credit Card / Newday. My partner had a stroke and had to have part of her skull removed. Newday have refused to / cannot help me with her account for a month. They sent a form for her to fill out when she was unconscious!

2/3 They then said all I needed to do was catch her in a moment of consciousness (!) to get a Lasting Power of Attorney. Didn't seem to matter that she has to be of sound state of mind for that and now she is awake she has no speech /movement in her right side / has brain damage.

Can someone at @nectar @sainsburys please tell me how it's possible for someone to spend my points by, according to support, guessing the number even though I have the card with me 101 miles away? Yet you won't help me at all as I'm only a household member for 'security' reasons.

2/2 @nectar @sainsburys You won't deal with me for 'security' but there was no 'security' check for whoever spent the points without the card. The main account holder is recovering from surgery and yet whoever used my card number is free to carry on!

1/2 Disgusting service by @nectar @sainsburys. Someone can spend 6500 points from my card even though I'm in Nottingham with my card and the points were spent in Warrington.

If that was true you'd have refunded / replaced my already spent voucher last summer instead of repeatedly refusing...

I was told by @Groupon_uk that my incident was being passed to a supervisor. No reply so I chased it up only to be given the same BS for the umpteenth time in 2 weeks that they can't deal with me due to data protection, only the purchaser. Any comment on this blatant con @groupon

1/2 First time I've used @Groupon_UK and it's not going well. I was given a gift voucher that doesn't work. Contacted Support who have suggested using the code on the voucher which is the one that doesn't work! They now can't help me directly because of "Security reasons"

2/2 @Groupon_UK To top it off the voucher states that it expires in December 2024 but only states in the small print that £15 of it only lasts for just over a month from date of issue. Sneaky!
