Jasmine Weiss, MD. Dr. Weiss is a second year fellow in the National Clinician Scholar Program at Yale School of Medicine. She is the CEO of Let's Diversifi and is passionate about the intersection of health and education and upward economic mobility of minority communities.

Next up in our track highlight series is telemedicine. Telemedicine uses computers and other modes of technology to deliver healthcare at a distance. With telemedicine, physicians and caretakers now have the opportunity to provide care to individuals with fewer barriers.

Introducing our first Healthcare Hackathon track: access to information. By increasing access to information we can provide individuals with easy access to their health info in order to provide patient confidence and control in decisions regarding their health and well-being.
