At this point, everyone should know already that if you see me in fursuit thereβs a 50 percent chance itβs not me in there and Iβm in a different fursuit watching you closely ποΈπποΈ
ALT A set of three comic pages featuring a series of anthropomorphic animals. Namely, Duncan the crocodile, Eddie the goat, and his uncle and little cousin.
A pickup truck steers into the driveway of a home in the dead of night. Eddie's uncle steps out from the car and calls out to him. "There he is! My favorite gay nephew."
Eddie tries to interject. "Actually, just nephew is fine-" but it cut off when his uncle continues.
"Woah! And who's the big guy!?" He motions to Duncan, who nervously laughs. He goes on, "You here to arm wrestle me or somethin'?"
Eddie begins to get frustrated. Upon hearing his dad arrive home, Eddie's cousin runs out to hug him. "Daddy!" he shouts.
The uncle kneels down with his arms open. "And don't think I forgot about you!"
ALT The second page of the comic. Eddie's uncle grins confidently. "Bet you could barely keep up with the li'l rascal, Edward! Speaking of which, how's your mom doin'?"
Eddie pauses, taken aback. He and Duncan stare at each other for a moment, before Eddie explains, "Ah, well... I haven't heard from my parents since I left."
His uncle laughs it off. "Looks like they finally got sick of you, am I right?"
"Oh- I thought you knew." A chill runs through the scene. "Uh, they actually kicked me out. When I, uh, came out to them."
ALT The third and final page of the comic. His uncle immediately drops his playful personality and turns toward Eddie, furious. "They did WHAT!?" he exclaims.
He immediately reaches for his phone and begins dialing a number. Eddie reaches toward his uncle to try to save face, quickly muttering "Uh- but it was sort of a while ago and it's really not a big deal and-"
Before he can finish his sentence, the uncle calls Eddie's parents and immediately begins berating them and yelling at them. Eddie watches from a distant. At first, he stares with a sort of melancholy dread, but his expression slowly drifts into a hesitant smile.
The scene cuts away to a future time. Eddie's holding up an old, once humiliating gifted t-shirt from his uncle that reads "ho-ho-homosexual" up to a mirror. After a moment of pause, he grins excitedly and hugs it close to his chest.
